A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 20 Nicholas Street, Chester, Cheshire, England, CH1 2NX, presented on 12 December 2018 by THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR BUSINESS, ENERGY AND INDUSTRIAL STRATEGY C/O HOWES PERCIVAL LLP, 19 Spring Gardens, Manchester M2 1FB in the public interest.
