The registered office of the Company is at Toronto Square, Toronto Street, Leeds, LS1 2HJ and its principal trading address was at George House, Derwent Road, Malton, YO17 6YB.

Julian N R Pitts (IP Number: 7851) and Lee V Lockwood (IP Number: 13050), both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP of Fourth Floor, Toronto Square, Toronto Street, Leeds, LS1 2HJ were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 22 December 2015. The liquidation was a members' voluntary liquidation, a statutory declaration of solvency having been made.

Pursuant to Section 95 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at the offices of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Fourth Floor, Toronto Square, Toronto Street, Leeds, LS1 2HJ on 22 December 2016 at 10.00 am when a statement as to the affairs of the Company will be laid before the meeting. The meeting is being convened as the liquidators are of the opinion that the Company will be unable to pay its debts in full (together with interest at the official rate) within the period stated in declaration made under Section 89 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge their proxies, together with a statement of their claim at the offices of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Fourth Floor, Toronto Square, Toronto Street, Leeds, LS1 2HJ not later than 12 noon on 21 December 2016.

Further, take notice that a duty is imposed on the liquidators by the Insolvency Act 1986 during this period before the day on which the meeting is to be held to furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the affairs of the Company as they may reasonably require.
