“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Derek Forsyth, of Campbell Dallas, Chartered Accountants, Titanium 1, King’s Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF, (IP No: 8219) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”
