"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Dix (IP No. 009327) of LB Insolvency Solutions Limited, Swift House, Ground Floor, 18 Hoffmanns Way, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1GU be hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
