Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Administrator of the above named Company (the 'convener') is seeking a decision from creditors on the approval of his proposals, discharge from liability and pre-appointment and post appointment costs by way of correspondence on 6 June 2019.
