Notice is hereby given that on 25 February 2019 a petition was presented to Kilmarnock Sheriff Court on behalf of Menzies Contracts Limited (registration number SC396117), having its registered office address at 1 Simonsburn Road, Kilmarnock KA1 5LA, (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia to order that the Company be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff of by First Deliverance dated 25 February 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, and, in the meantime, appointed Kenneth W Pattullo and Kenneth R Craig, Insolvency Practitioners, both of Begbies Traynor, 14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company; all of which notice is hereby given.
