At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 2nd Floor, Excel House, 30 Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL on 15 July 2020, at 11.45 am, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution of the Company:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adam Charles Southard and Kenneth Robert Craig, both of Begbies Traynor, Second Floor, Excel House, 30 Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL, (IP Nos: 11930 and 008584) be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally.”
