NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Rules 14.3 and 14.4 of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 (as amended) the creditors of the above-named entity, which is being voluntarily wound up, who have not already submitted a claim are required, on or before 15 January 2017 to send in their names and addresses with particulars of their claim, to the undersigned, Richard Paul Rendle of Rendle & Co, No 9 Hockley Court, Hockley Heath, Solihull, B94 6NW, and, if so required by the Liquidator, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary.

A creditor who has not proved his debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend before his claim proved.

The Director of the Company has made a declaration of solvency and it is expected that all creditors will be paid in full.
