A petition to wind up the above-named company Mellow.Store Limited (company number 11996732) (“the Company”) of 201 Borough High Street, London, SE1 1JA was presented on 26 September 2022 by FLADGATE LLP whose registered office is 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 9 November 2022 at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
