NOTICE is hereby given than on 20 October 2017 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Meigle Colour Printers Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company number SC222621) and with its registered office at Block 4, Unit 1 Tweedbank Industrial Estate, Tweedbank, Galashiels, Selkirkshire, TD1 3RS craving the Court inter alia that the said Meigle Colour Printers Limited be wound up by the Court and that Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Gerard Anthony Friar, Chartered Accountants and Qualified Insolvency Practitioners, KPMG LLP, 191 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LJ be appointed as joint interim liquidators; and in which Petition, Lady Wise, by Interlocutor dated 20 October 2017 appointed any party claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge Answers with the Petition Department, Court of Session, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, EH1 1RQ within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; and in the meantime appointed the said Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Gerard Anthony Friar to be joint provisional liquidators of the company and authorised them to exercise the powers contained in Part II and Part III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986. All of which notice is hereby given.
