Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 3 September 2021 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lee Manning (IP No. 6477) and Myles Jacobson (IP No. 11590) both of Resolve Advisory Limited, 22 York Buildings, London, WC2N 6JU be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
