A Petition to wind up the above-named Company formerly of Unit Ff1b & 2 Three Bridge Mill Industrial Park, Twyford Road, Buckingham, United Kingdom MK18 4DY (where service was effected) and now of 18-21 Ordnance Court, Ackworth Road, Hilsea, Portsmouth, Hampshire PO3 5RZ, which was presented to the Milton Keynes County Court on 2 April 2019 by CHELSEA CORPORATE LIMITED of 3rd floor, 12 East Passage, LONDON EC1A 7LP, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Milton Keynes County Court, 351 Silbury Boulevard, Witan Gate East, Milton Keynes MK9 2DT, on 3 July 2019 at 10:30, or as soon thereafter as can be heard by the Court.

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of the intention to do so to the Petitioner in accordance with rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 by 4 pm on Tuesday 2 July 2019.
