Notice is given under Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, (“the Rules”) that the Liquidator of the Company intends to declare a first and final dividend to the Company’s unsecured non-preferential creditors within two months of the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not already proved their debts are required, on or before 14 October 2022, the last date for proving, to submit a proof in respect of their claim to the Liquidator at Kallis & Company, Mountview Court, 1148 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0RA and if so requested to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary.

A creditor who has not proved his debt by the last date for proving will be excluded from the dividend and is not entitled to disturb or interrupt the dividend because he has not participated in it.

In accordance with the provisions of Part 14 of the Rules, a creditor whose debt is a small debt not exceeding ÂŁ1,000 is deemed to have proved for the purposes of determination and payment of this dividend and is not required to prove their debt as described by this notice unless advised otherwise by the Liquidator.

If a small debt creditor believes that there is a discrepancy with the amount they are owed, the creditor will be required to submit a proof of debt form by no later than the last date for proving in order to participate in the dividend.
