“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Asher Miller (IP No. 9251) of David Rubin & Partners, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London N12 8LY be appointed as Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such voluntary winding-up.”
