At a General Meeting of the Company, convened, and held at 10.00am on 12 June 2020 the subjoined Special Resolution was passed, viz:

RESOLUTION

THAT it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that it is advisable to wind up the Company and, accordingly, the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Kerry Bailey (IP No: 8780) of BDO LLP, 3 Hardman Street, Spinningfields, Manchester, M3 3AT and Lee Causer (IP No: 14112) of BDO LLP, Two Snowhill, Snow Hill Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6GA, both authorised Insolvency Practitioners, are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up, and are to act jointly and severally.
