“That the LLP be wound up voluntarily and that John Dean Cullen (IP No. 9214) and Rachel Helen Lai (IP No. 18018) both of Menzies LLP, 2 Sovereign Quay, Havannah Street, Cardiff, CF10 5SF be appointed Joint Liquidators of the LLP for the purposes of winding up the LLP and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
