At a general meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Fortis Insolvency Limited, Peter House, Oxford Street, Manchester, M1 5AN on 18 May 2017, the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot be reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Reeves (IP No. 7882) of Fortis Insolvency Limited, Peter House, Oxford Street, Manchester, M1 5AN be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”
