At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at City Tower 22nd Floor, Piccadilly Plaza, Manchester, M1 4BT on 26 February 2019 at 2.30 pm, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Thornhill (IP No. 8840) and Benny Woolrych (IP No. 10550) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Abbey House, 32 Booth Street, Manchester, M2 4AB licensed insolvency practitioners, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
