Notice is hereby given by Damian Webb (IP No. 14970) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 25 Farringdon Street, London, EC4A 4AB and James Miller (IP No. 21290) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Central Square, 5th Floor, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held as a virtual meeting on 16 July 2019 at 10.30 am for the purpose of approving the Administrators' proposals.

Creditors should confirm their attendance to Claire Robinson at restructuring.leeds@rsmuk.com by 4pm on the business day before the meeting to obtain details of how to access the virtual meeting. Log in details will be provided to those that have registered.

All proofs of debt must be delivered by 4.00 pm on the business day before the meeting. All proxy forms must be delivered to the Administrators at RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Central Square, 5th Floor, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL in advance of the meeting time.

The meeting may be suspended or adjourned by the chair of the meeting (and must be adjourned if so resolved at the meeting).

All Virtual Meetings of Creditors will be recorded (video and/or audio) in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts, or decisions that are taken at the meeting. By attending a meeting, you consent to being recorded. Where any recording of a meeting also entails the processing of personal data, such personal data shall be treated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
