"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Graham Randall (IP No. 9051) and Louise Durkan (IP No. 25010) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, Vintry Building, Wine Street, Bristol, BS1 2BD be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company and they are authorised to act jointly and severally."
