At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at The Lakehouse, Lakeside, Cheadle Royal Business Park, Cheadle, SK8 3AX on 12 August 2022 at 3.30 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony Collier (IP No. 18910) and Simon Farr (IP No. 27496) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4th Floor, Abbey House, Booth Street, Manchester, M2 4AB be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
