Notice is hereby given that on 27th November 2018 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by the directors of MDSM Solutions Ltd craving the Court inter alia to order that MDSM Solutions Ltd having their Registered Office at 174 Carmunnock Road, Glasgow, G44 5AJ be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 5th December 2018 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
