A Petition to wind up the above-named company of MDS Food & Wine Limited (12188792) of 420 Sandon Road, Stoke-on-trent, Staffordshire ST3 7LH, whose nature of business is 47240 - Retail sale of bread, cakes, flour confectionery and sugar confectionery in specialised stores and 47250 - Retail sale of beverages in specialised stores , presented on Monday 30 May 2022, at 12:00 by NISA RETAIL LIMITED, of Member Support Centre, Waldo Way, Normanby Enterprise Park, Scunthorpe DN15 9GE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 13 July 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
