At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Nigel B Butler Limited, Basepoint Business Centre, Rivermead Drive, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN5 7EX on 2 November 2021 at 3:00pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

That the Company be wound up voluntarily and

That Samuel Talby (IP No. 9404) and Stratford Hamilton (IP No. 12212), of SKSi, 77A Alma Road, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 2DP, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of winding up the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.
