Notice is hereby given that on 30 November 2021 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Inverness by Gordon Campbell McRae craving the Court inter alia that McRae Marketing International Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at The Old Schoolhouse, Rothiemurchus, Aviemore, PH22 1QH (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that interim liquidators be appointed, in which petition the Sheriff at Inverness by interlocutor dated 30 November 2021 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Inverness, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
