“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Gardiner, of Thomson Cooper, 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline KY11 8PB, (IP No. 9488) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such wiinding up”.
