At a General Meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at Headingley Enterprise and Arts Centre, Newport Suite, Headingley, Leeds, LS6 3HN on 20 June 2016 at 12.30 pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and the company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan Amor, of A.M. Insolvency Limited, The Portergate, Ecclesall Road, Sheffield S11 8NX, (IP No 17770) be and hereby is appointed Liquidator.”
