Notice is hereby given that on 4 October 2019 a Petition was presented to Hamilton Sheriff Court by Michael J McNulty trading as Bank Audit Services, craving the Court, inter alia, that Mckernan Homes Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number: SC270388) and having its Registered Office at 8 Douglas Street, Hamilton, ML3 0BP be wound up by the Court and that Steven Philip Ross (IP No. 9503), Insolvency Practitioner, and Paul Dounis (IP No. 9708), Insolvency Practitioner, RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators; by Interlocutor dated 8 October 2019 the Sheriff appointed all persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with Hamilton Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, 4 Beckford St, Hamilton, ML3 0BT, within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
