Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 8 December 2021 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Chris Newell (IP No. 13690) and Jo Leach (IP No. 15950) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 2nd Floor, Arcadia House, 15 Forlease Road, Maidenhead, SL6 1RX be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of winding up.”
