A Petition to wind up the above-named company of MCCAUL HOMES LIMITED (08897020) of 1st Floor, 362 Manchester Road, Astley, Manchester M29 7DY, whose nature of business is development of building projects, presented on Wednesday 14 October 2020, at 12:00 by MCCAUL DEVELOPMENTS (NORTHERN) LIMITED, of St Georges House, 215-219 Chester Road, Manchester M15 4JE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Manchester, Manchester Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 15 February 2021, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
