A Petition to wind up the above-named company whose Registered Office is at 55a Denmark Hill, London SE5 8RS presented on 15 November 2019 by LAMBTON CLOTHING COMPANY PARTNERSHIP LLP whose Registered Office is at Lobley Cottage, Ripon, North Yorkshire HG4 4JY claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on 14 January 2020 at 10.30 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 1600 hours 13 January 2020.
