A a general meeting of the above named company duly convened and held virtually via Microsoft Teams on 4 November 2021 at 8.30 am the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven Ross (IP No. 9503) and Allan Kelly (IP No. 9156) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Suite 5, 2nd Floor, Bulman House, Regent Centre, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE3 3LS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
