"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Graham Randall (IP No. 9051) and David Patrick Meany (IP No. 9453) both of Quantuma LLP, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, BH24 1DH be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
