At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held virtually in accordance with government guidance in relation to COVID-19 on 12 October 2021 at 2.15 pm, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony Collier (IP No. 18910) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4th Floor, Abbey House, 32 Booth Street, Manchester M2 4AB and Lila Thomas (IP No. 9608) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Derby House, 12 Winckley Square, Preston, PR1 3JJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
