Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 14 June 2019, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Shane Biddlecombe MABRP and Gordon Johnston ACA FABRP of HJS Recovery (UK) Ltd, 12-14 Carlton Place, Southampton, Hampshire, SO15 2EA be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up."

At a subsequent meeting, the appointment of Gregory Andrew Palfrey (IP No. 9060) and Stephen John Adshead (IP No. 8574) both of Smith & Williamson LLP, 4th Floor, Cumberland House, 15-17 Cumberland Place, Southampton, SO15 2BG were confirmed as Joint Liquidators, and that Shane Biddlecombe and Gordon Johnston were given their release.
