At a General Meeting of the Member of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 10 Gore Road, Victoria Park, London, E9 7HR on 24 February 2021 at 3.00 pm the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Elliott (IP No. 8595) of Begbies Traynor, Innovation Centre Medway, Maidstone Road, Chatham, ME5 9FD and Lee De'ath (IP No. 9316) of Begbies Traynor, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
