At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of Regus, 16 Upper Woburn Road, Euston, London WC1H 0BS on 10 May 2016. The Meeting was adjourned and at the adjourned Meeting held at the offices of Regus, One Victoria Square, Birmingham B1 1BD on 24 May 2016 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been resolved by Special Resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sajid Sattar, of Greenfield Recovery Limited, One Victoria Square, Birmingham, B1 1BD, (IP No 15590) be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
