NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Director of the Company is convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 20 June 2019 at 16:00, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator.

Creditors can access the virtual meeting which will be held by telephone conference, by contacting the Liquidator at least one business day before the meeting for information on the access details.
