Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 13 January 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Andronikou (IP No. 8806) and Michael Kiely (IP No. 9617) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up. Any act rquired or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them."
