Notice is hereby given that on 1 June 2016 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Eileen Lawson, an individual residing at 30 Craigton Drive, Peterculter, Aberdeen, AB14 0SF craving the court that Maximum Property Services Limited, a company registered under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office at 30 Craigton Drive, Peterculter, Aberdeen, AB14 0SF (”the Company”) be wound up by the court and that an interim liquidator be appointed in which petition the Sheriff at Aberdeen by interlocutor dated 1 June 2016 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Aberdeen within eight days of intimation, service or advertisement all of which notice is hereby given.
