Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at Mazars LLP, The Plaza, 100 Old Hall Street, Liverpool, L3 9QJ on 08 July 2016 at 10.15 am for the purposes provided for in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s creditors will be made available for inspection free of charge at the offices of Mazars LLP, The Lexicon, Mount Street, Manchester, M2 5NT, on the two business days immediately prior to the meeting, between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.
