At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Tawnmore Farm, Blackhall, Calverstown, Co Kildare, R56 RN99 on 11 November 2021 at 4.00 pm the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Hayley Watson (IP No. 23450) and Anthony Davidson (IP No. 11730) both of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Prospect House, Rouen Road, Norwich, NR1 1RE be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
