A Petition to wind up the above-named company of 61 Mosley Street, Manchester, Lancashire M2 3HZ and Chadderton Cottages, 426 Middleton Road, Oldham, OL9 6PY presented on 11 October 2018 by Daisy Wholesale Limited of Daisy House, Lindred Road Business Park, Nelson, Lancashire, BB9 5DR claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Business and Property Courts of England and Wales at Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 5 December 2018 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
