At a general meeting of the members of the above named company duly convened and held at Fifth Floor, 1-2 Royal Exchange Buildings, London, EC3V 3LF on 18 December 2019 at 10.30 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Stewart MacDonald (IP No. 8906) of Scott-Moncrieff Chartered Accountants, 25 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NL be and he hereby is appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up and any power conferred on him by the law or by this resolution may be exercised, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by him may be done."
