Notice is hereby given that I intend to declare first and final dividend to unsecured creditors herein within a period of two months from the last date of proving.

Last date for receiving proofs: 28 February 2019

Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 28 February 2019, the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt to me at Kallis & Company, Mountview Court, 1148 High Road, Whetstone, London, N20 0RA and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because he has not participated in it.

In accordance with the provisions of Part 14 of The Insolvency Rules 2016, a creditor whose debt is a small debt not exceeding ÂŁ1,000 is deemed to have proved for the purpose of determination and payment of this dividend and is not required to prove their debt as described by this notice unless advised otherwise by the Liquidator.
