“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Richard Bailey (IP No. 18810) and Martin Armstrong (IP No. 6212) both of Turpin Barker Armstrong, 5 Park Court, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet, Surrey, KT14 6SD be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately.”
