A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Mastronics Ltd (06848122) of Uni, 6a Transpennine Trading Estate, Rochdale OL11 2PX, whose nature of business is retail sale of hardware, presented on Tuesday 09 August 2022, at 12:30 by DCS GROUP (UK) LIMITED, of Ocean House, Noral Way, Banbury OX16 2AA claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 21 September 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
