A Petition to wind up the above-named company of 61 Morley Crescent West, Stanmore, Middlesex, HA7 2LL presented on 31 May 2017 by CHIQUO FOODS LIMITED, Unit 16, Chancerygate Business Centre, Whiteleaf Road, Hemel Hempstead. HP3 9HD claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at The Companies Court, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 17 July 2017 at 10.30 am or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard.

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitors in accordance with Rule 7.14 of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 by 4pm on 14 July 2017.
