At a general meeting of the above-named Company duly convened and held at Regus Hemel Hempstead, Ground Floor, Suite F, Breakspear Park, Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 4TZ on 16 December 2016 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been resolved by special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Amie Johnson and Sajid Sattar, both of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham B1 1QH, (IP Nos. 18570 and 15590) be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
