“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James David Robinson (IP No. 16092) and Paul Howard Finn (IP No. 5367) both of Finn Associates, Tong Hall, Tong, West Yorkshire BD4 0RR be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
